“I wish to urgently bring the facts on record revealing Mahua Moitra's collusion/conspiracy with Bengal Police to commit criminal acts, and I would request you to investigate the same as per law,” Jai Anant Dehadrai wrote in his complaint which he filed on Saturday, December 30, 2024.
In another explosive revelation, Jai Anant Dehadrai claimed that Mahua on multiple occasions admitted to him that she used to track one of her ‘ex-boyfriends’ Suhaan Mukerji. She had suspected that Suhaan was in a relationship with a German lady, named Helena Lersch. “I was shocked to learn that Mahua Moitra had the entire CDR history of Suhaan Mukerji’s phone in which she had precise information about individuals who are in contact with Suhaan Mukerji as also the precise physical location of Suhaan's phone for all hours of the day,” the complaint copy read.
The A letter submitted to the investigative authorities contains a WhatsApp snapshot of Call Detail Records (CDRs) along with Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra's assertion regarding ongoing conversations between individuals identified as Helena and Suhaan Mukerji throughout the night. In the chat, Moitra expressed distress, citing significant anxiety and panic, stating, "I can't sleep."
Suhaan Mukerji is a well-known name in India's legal sphere. He is the proprietor of PLR Chambers, a legal lobbying firm specialising in governance, regulation, and public policy. Significantly, Suhaan Mukerji served as part of the legal advisory team for the former Prime Minister from 2012 to 2014. He also represented West Bengal state as counsel including for the defence of TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee in a coal scam.
